COMPLETED PROJECT
Xcel were contracted to restore and refurbish this 200-year-old heritage building back to its former glory. Our scope included timber decking and flooring, roof re-structuring and framing, new outdoor shelters, new custom sash windows, and miscellaneous carpentry works. It won the Master Builders Association construction award in the Restoration/Adaptive Re-use of an Historic Building category.
